Sponsor, Products, Compensation Plan, Now go Build a Business!

You have heard all the stories right? Person A got into this home
business and it didn’t work out for them. They blame it on their sponsor
or the products, not earning enough money or possibly they have some
other excuse for why it didn’t work. Would never have anything to do
with them, and something they need to change. Right, let us take a
closer look!

Well, let’s be honest about a few things! Working from home is work.
Networking and communicating with people is work! Each and every one of
us is different and we have to all treat each other with respect! Proven
fact, if you inspire, encourage, and motivate your team to do well,
even through the deepest darkest moment, your team will do well! This
just goes along with the universal law.

The products need to be
something that you believe in, something that you are passionate about.
Are you interested in cosmetics, health and wellness, or household
items? Then what makes your company unique? What is going to make the
consumer come back to you for more products? How often will they come
back to you for product? Think about this from the consumer’s
perspective. Right now most likely you are the consumer, looking to make
the best possible decision for you and your family! Don’t ever forget
to keep this view point even after you have established your business!

What are the requirements each month for your new business? Some of
them don’t have requirements, but some do. Take a close look at the
requirements and make sure that they are user friendly! Will the
business easily meet the requirements? Make sure you are setting others
up for success!

The next question is do you need the ability to earn residual income or
will just selling product alone be all the financial assistance that
you need? Residual income generally only comes into play when your team
members start developing their business, then you begin to earn
royalties off of what their organization is achieving! This can be a
huge bonus for you as a business builder! Incentive to help train your
people up right from the beginning as it is mutually beneficial to both
parties!

Do your homework from the beginning don’t just jump at
the first opportunity you find! Find a sponsor who will help you, a lot
of them say they will, but question them, look into their track record a
bit. You may need to spend some money to get the training and product
that you need. Does the compensation plan fit your needs? Each of these
business opportunities has their own culture. Do you like what you see
and hear? Set yourself up for success.
